Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of test engineers in daily operations, prioritizing tasks and ensuring technical alignment with production schedules.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test procedures to validate both standard and custom semiconductor hardware components.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to streamline product development phases.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety standards, internal quality protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and upgrade cycles to ensure maximum uptime and testing accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and professional development coaching to junior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in test engineering or a similar technical role within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in managing technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data-driven decision-making processes.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, evaluation hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
