Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily accounting operations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional development.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and company internal controls.
- Manage bank reconciliations, general ledger accuracy, and expense reporting processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPNBM).
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
