Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily activities of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data entry.
- Oversee general ledger operations, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and internal company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to monitor operational costs and improve financial reporting workflows.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all financial transactions are executed according to company budget guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
