Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff through regular performance evaluations and training
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) are highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Strong experience with ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
