Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations
- Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Ensure compliance with PSAK and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or maritime industry a plus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
