Join PT Gading Sawit Kencana, a prominent player in Indonesia's coal mining industry, as we seek a dynamic Supervisor Accounting to lead our financial operations. This critical role oversees accounting functions for our coal mining operations, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. You'll manage a team of accounting professionals while maintaining robust internal controls and optimizing financial processes in a resource-intensive sector.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in mining accounting, including cost allocation for extraction activities, royalty management, and regulatory reporting specific to the coal industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes for coal mining operations
- Manage financial reporting compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and mining regulations
- Coordinate with operational teams to analyze mining costs, production expenses, and capital expenditures
- Implement and maintain internal controls for asset management and inventory tracking
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Handle royalty payments and government compliance reporting for coal extraction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years as Accounting Supervisor in coal mining industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and mining-specific accounting regulations
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and financial reporting cycles
- Expertise in cost accounting for resource extraction activities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
