Kaiahati is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor Accounting & Finance to join our growing team in Tangerang. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage the full cycle of accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and ensuring performance benchmarks are met.
- Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable, and execute budget tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards (PSAK), and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain internal controls and streamline accounting workflows for increased productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory or senior staff role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of managing a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
