Yamatogawa Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Accounting, Finance & Tax to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Serang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic insights through accurate financial reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that our accounting processes are streamlined and efficient. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
- Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and handle tax reporting and reconciliation.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits to ensure seamless reporting.
- Provide insightful financial guidance to management to support informed business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel (advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented culture.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
