PT. Run Hui Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Accounting (Mandarin Speaking) to join our finance department. As a key leadership role within the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and managing the performance of the accounting team. You will also act as the primary point of contact for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy.
- Manage the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal policies.
- Act as the primary liaison for financial communications with Mandarin-speaking departments and external partners.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, general ledger reviews, and variance analysis.
- Oversee budget preparation, expense control, and assist in financial forecasting activities.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance their technical skills and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) and proficient in English.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, including PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPN regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
