PT Asian Agro Commodities is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor Accounting & Tax to join our growing finance team in Kemayoran, Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including timely preparation and filing of PPh, PPN, and PPh 21/23/26.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, including the preparation of financial statements.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Perform financial analysis and provide regular reports to management regarding financial performance and cash flow status.
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Solid understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and current Indonesian tax laws.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage a team effectively.
