Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of Finance & Administration department
- Manage accounting processes including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Supervise and develop accounting/tax team members
- Coordinate internal/external audits and tax filings
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years experience in accounting/tax roles
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
