Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Lead tax compliance efforts, including calculation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN.
- Supervise the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in transaction recording.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to support business operational needs.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required during audits or inquiries.
- Analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for business improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or tax, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
