Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to lead a dynamic team in the Aceh region? Importa Jaya Abadi is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Supervisor Admin Accounting to join our branch and distribution operations. In this role, you will act as the backbone of our financial administrative functions, ensuring that all branch activities align with our high standards of corporate compliance and efficiency.
As our Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing actionable insights to branch management. We are looking for a natural leader who can mentor staff, optimize administrative workflows, and bridge the communication between local branch operations and head office financial systems.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and is passionate about process improvement, data accuracy, and financial integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the branch administrative and accounting team to ensure peak performance.
- Perform daily monitoring and verification of financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash management.
- Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including budget versus actual analysis and balance sheet reconciliations for the branch.
- Implement and maintain standardized accounting internal controls to prevent discrepancies and ensure policy compliance.
- Collaborate with the head office to streamline reporting procedures and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Oversee tax documentation and ensure all local branch tax obligations are met accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or administration, preferably in a distribution or retail environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be based in Aceh.
