- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff in banking and leasing operations
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and leasing agreements
- Manage document processing, record-keeping, and transaction documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or leasing administration
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and financial software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
