Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations and ensure optimal customer experience in the Busana department
- Learn and implement inventory management systems including stock reconciliation and visual merchandising
- Participate in staff training sessions and contribute to team development initiatives
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving departmental targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints while maintaining service standards
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation according to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent with minimum 2 years retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is advantageous
- Passion for fashion retail and trend awareness
- Leadership potential with ability to motivate teams
- Basic computer literacy including POS systems
