Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior supervisors in daily store operations and staff scheduling
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment processes
- Train and onboard new team members on operational procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues effectively
- Contribute to store performance analysis and improvement plans
- Participate in weekly leadership development workshops
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with retail software
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
