Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Support team coordination and staff supervision under mentor guidance
- Learn inventory management practices including stock handling and reconciliation
- Monitor store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Participate in sales target tracking and promotional campaigns
- Document daily operations and prepare performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and reporting
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Team player with leadership potential and initiative
- Previous retail experience preferred but not mandatory
