Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet
- Learn and implement inventory management practices and stock control procedures
- Develop exceptional customer service skills and resolve customer inquiries
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of retail staff members
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Assist in analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Strong interest in retail management and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
