You will work closely with experienced Store Managers, learning the intricacies of inventory management, team leadership, customer relations, and visual merchandising.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail assistants to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team for replenishments.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support cash management processes, daily sales reporting, and administrative duties.
- Execute promotional activities and seasonal displays to maximize sales opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail operational requirements.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
