Are you ready to kickstart your career in retail leadership? MR.DIY, Malaysia's leading home improvement retailer, is seeking highly motivated individuals for our Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) at our Taman Sri Sinar, Segambut location.
The SAP is a structured fast-track program designed to develop the next generation of retail leaders. During this program, you will gain hands-on experience in store operations, team management, inventory control, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with experienced store managers to learn the intricacies of running a successful retail outlet while preparing for a permanent supervisory role within our rapidly expanding organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow store supervisors to understand daily retail operations and workflow management.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Learn to lead and motivate floor staff to achieve daily sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and loss prevention policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance data and assist in preparing operational reports.
- Participate in store training programs to enhance leadership and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the retail industry are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and communicate effectively.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a proactive work attitude.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
