Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of store operations and management.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and guide store assistants to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries or escalations professionally.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Ensure the store maintains excellent visual merchandising standards and cleanliness at all times.
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Enforce safety, health, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong leadership qualities with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
