Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations and supervise junior staff activities
- Participate in structured training modules covering leadership and management principles
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
- Implement visual merchandising standards and store presentation guidelines
- Train and onboard new team members on company policies and procedures
- Report operational metrics and insights to store management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software systems
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong teamwork orientation and leadership potential
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
