Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Learn and implement inventory control systems and stock management techniques
- Train in customer service protocols, complaint resolution, and sales conversion strategies
- Support team supervision by coordinating staff schedules and performance monitoring
- Execute visual merchandising standards and store presentation guidelines
- Participate in training workshops covering leadership, communication, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to store performance reporting and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic record
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English languages
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proactive learning attitude with willingness to absorb new concepts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle store merchandise
