Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Learn and implement effective inventory management techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
- Support in training and mentoring junior staff members
- Monitor store cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assist in visual merchandising and product display
- Participate in regular training sessions and skill development activities
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn retail management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
