Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Assist in staff training and performance monitoring under supervisor guidance
- Implement customer service standards and resolve customer inquiries
- Monitor store compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies
- Participate in team briefings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Learn and apply sales strategies to drive store performance targets
- Support loss prevention measures and inventory control procedures
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma/Degree holders preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Team player with willingness to learn retail operations
- Passion for customer service and retail excellence
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
