Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Support inventory management processes and stock reconciliation
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service standards
- Monitor store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety protocols
- Process customer transactions and resolve service inquiries
- Participate in training sessions covering leadership and operational systems
- Collaborate with management team to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy abilities
