Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team training and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Monitor customer service quality and resolve customer inquiries
- Participate in store audits and implement improvement initiatives
- Learn sales techniques and promotional campaign execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
- Report performance metrics to store management
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numerical aptitude
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit
