We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Supervisor Apprentice Program (SAP) at our branch in Pusat Perniagaan Taman Sri Intan, Tampin, Negeri Sembilan. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders who will manage store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
As a Supervisor Apprentice, you will undergo comprehensive training covering all aspects of retail management, including inventory control, visual merchandising, team leadership, and operational efficiency. You will be mentored by experienced managers and given hands-on responsibilities to prepare you for a supervisory role.
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and a desire to learn. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to a Supervisor position within MR.DIY.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Support the store manager in managing inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance leadership skills.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous retail or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
- Malaysian citizens or permanent residents preferred.
