Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Learn and implement inventory management systems and stock controls
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies
- Coordinate merchandise displays and visual merchandising
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Interest in retail operations and team leadership
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- No prior supervisory experience required
