Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Assist in staff training and performance management under mentor supervision
- Learn and implement inventory control systems and stock management protocols
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer inquiries
- Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives
- Support sales target achievement through promotional execution
- Document operational insights and recommend process improvements
- Complete monthly development modules and competency assessments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with credit in Mathematics
- Strong interest in retail management and customer service
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
- Passion for home improvement products and retail trends
