Tanggung Jawab
- Assist store supervisors in daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Learn and apply best practices in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the training and development of junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
- Participate in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Ensure the store adheres to company standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and retail guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/STPM qualification or a Diploma in any field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in retail management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail POS systems (training provided).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
