Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the store manager in daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise sales floor activities to ensure optimal customer service and operational efficiency.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Help train and guide new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably Business Management or Retail.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be based in Melaka or willing to relocate.
