Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and replenishment processes
- Learn and apply staff scheduling, performance tracking, and coaching techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure service quality
- Participate in sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store targets
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Strong interest in retail management and customer service
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems
