Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo intensive training modules covering all aspects of warehouse operations and supervisory management.
- Supervise daily operational tasks to ensure all safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock receiving, picking, and dispatching.
- Ensure strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present daily operational reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain flow.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and lead are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a warehouse environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
