Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and workflow.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide high-quality service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support in inventory management, stock counting, and visual merchandising.
- Train and mentor new staff members to improve team performance.
- Handle cash registers and process transactions accurately.
- Report operational issues to the senior management team.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
