- Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Support inventory management and stock control processes
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service escalations
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill development workshops

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with credit in Mathematics
- Strong interest in retail operations and customer service
