Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies to ensure optimal utilization of company resources.
- Maintain precise documentation and records for all company assets, ensuring 100% data accuracy in our management system.
- Coordinate regular physical inventory audits and reconcile findings with financial records.
- Supervise the movement, deployment, and disposal of assets across all operational locations.
- Collaborate with the technical and procurement teams to manage asset maintenance schedules and lifecycles.
- Analyze asset performance data to provide management with recommendations for cost reduction and capital allocation.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset handling and documentation to minimize loss or damage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or facility management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and high integrity.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead small teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations within the Jabodetabek area if required.
