Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily grocery department operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and display maintenance
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet departmental targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail or grocery environments
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and POS operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
