Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for retail operations and team management? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor to oversee our busy grocery department in Banting, Selangor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the daily operational success of the store, maintaining high standards of product display, and fostering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory flow, and ensuring that our grocery shelves are well-stocked and merchandised according to company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations within the grocery department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate department staff to achieve store performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and organize product displays to maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff to manage deliveries and orders.
- Prepare daily reports on sales performance, inventory discrepancies, and staff attendance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma in Retail Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a retail, grocery, or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and delegate tasks to team members.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the floor, including standing for extended periods.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and retail POS/inventory software.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
