Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for retail operations? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor to join our team in Banting. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of both our Softline (Apparel) and Hardline departments, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while maintaining high standards of inventory management and visual merchandising.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations for both Softline (apparel) and Hardline departments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate floor staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve escalated customer inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide operational feedback to store management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shopping environment for all patrons.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of retail inventory management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office/POS systems).
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Banting, Selangor.
