Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of softline and hardline departments including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct cycle counts
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation and store appeal
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Prepare daily sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention measures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in softline/hardline departments
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons
- Basic financial literacy for sales reporting and budget tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
