Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily field operations for steel structure installation and fabrication projects.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure work quality and schedule compliance.
- Read and interpret technical engineering drawings and steel fabrication blueprints accurately.
- Manage on-site workforce and equipment allocation to optimize productivity and project efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential construction conflicts or technical issues.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in steel construction as a Supervisor or related role.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication techniques, structural bolting, and welding standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of field workers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural steel drawings and technical specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure and commit to project deadlines.
