Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production or logistics operations to ensure a smooth workflow and meet key performance targets.
- Supervise and train a team of staff, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional growth.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace and ensure full compliance with local laws.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements, coordinating closely with the warehouse team to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare and analyze daily operational reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding operational status and urgent issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with standard operational procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Possession of a relevant diploma or vocational certificate is preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts or overtime as required by business needs.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and inventory management software.
