Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily batching plant operations to ensure efficient production schedules
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all batched products
- Train and mentor plant operators on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure optimal stock levels
- Prepare production reports and analyze operational data for continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for batching equipment and machinery
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in batching plant operations or similar manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven experience supervising staff
- Knowledge of batching processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Proficiency in using production management software and monitoring equipment
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work in shifts and handle physical demands of the manufacturing environment
