Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for beauty technology equipment in Jakarta region
- Train team members on product features, technology specifications, and sales techniques

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in selling technology products or beauty equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Deep understanding of beauty industry trends and technology innovations
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
