Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily center operations and ensure compliance with service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
- Coordinate with departments to maintain operational efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Implement and monitor health/safety protocols
- Conduct staff evaluations and development sessions
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Prepare operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Proficient in MS Office and hospitality management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Relevant degree/diploma in hospitality or business
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
