As our Central Kitchen Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our culinary operations in Serang, Banten. This is a pivotal role in maintaining the consistency and quality that our brand is known for.
You will oversee the entire production process, from raw material inspection to final packaging. Your responsibilities include managing a team of skilled kitchen staff, ensuring that production targets are met without compromising on safety or quality. You will work closely with the supply chain team to manage inventory and coordinate timely procurement, ensuring that production never stops.
In this role, you will implement and monitor HACCP procedures, conduct regular audits, and maintain impeccable hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for cost control, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. Your strategic planning and leadership will directly contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery
- Plan and adjust production schedules based on demand, inventory, and staffing levels
- Lead, train, and evaluate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of raw materials
- Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Optimize workflows to reduce waste, improve productivity, and control costs
- Prepare operational reports and communicate performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a central kitchen or large-scale food production environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP practices
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or relevant field preferred
- Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and local ingredients is an advantage
- Willing to work at Serang, Banten location
