Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Cost Accounting department, ensuring accuracy in inventory valuation and cost analysis.
- Develop and implement robust cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Analyze variances between standard and actual costs and provide comprehensive reports to the management team.
- Manage the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and journal entries related to inventory and COGS.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to improve product costing accuracy and forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial accounting standards.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and performance excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
