Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of desalination plants, including RO systems, pre-treatment units, and chemical dosing equipment
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards
- Monitor system performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement optimization strategies
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and water quality standards
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and consumables
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for all plant processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in desalination plant operations with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of reverse osmosis technology and water treatment processes
- Certification in water treatment plant operations (e.g., WEF, AWWA) preferred
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing shift operations
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and chemical systems
- Proficiency with SCADA systems and operational monitoring software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
