As a Dipping Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our production floor. You will be responsible for overseeing the dipping process, ensuring that operational efficiency, product quality, and safety standards are maintained at the highest level. You will act as the key liaison between the production team and management, identifying technical challenges and implementing effective solutions to keep our lines running at peak performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily dipping production operations to ensure targets are met within specified timelines.
- Monitor production output quality and ensure compliance with Hartalega’s stringent quality assurance standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues or production bottlenecks to Engineers or Managers with concise reports and recommended action plans.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and performance data for daily reporting.
- Ensure the workplace adheres to all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and reduce material wastage within the dipping department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment (glove manufacturing experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong knowledge of production processes, mechanical troubleshooting, and quality control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and production specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Must be willing to work on shift rotations as required by production schedules.
- Ability to perform under pressure and make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
